School Bricks
I tried to recreate the bricks around my college!
Edit: Updated the amount of grunge between/on the bricks, slight color difference, and few other minor changes.
OpenGL with Tessellation -- tiled 0.5%
OpenGL with Tessellation -- tiled regularly

My school's bricks, picture taken from my phone. These are a boring color
Lighter colored filler between bricks
Color: Increased the amount of red on bricks
Color: majorly faded
Color: a little more yellow
Color: A little green added to the edges and in the filler between bricks
